The hotel itself was quite comfortable and we appreciated the

spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful, especially the manager who made our stay more enjoyable. However, the location was a bit far from the metro, necessitating a 15-minute commute.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness of the room, it was spotless, not a single dust particle anywhere, I almost felt like I was in a lab! Also, the staff at the front desk, especially Ricardo, were genuinely welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel at home, offering great tips for the area, didn't expect that kind of personal touch.

Sure, it wasn't cheap but still worth the expense.

The fitness center's well-stocked gym, complete with fresh towels and complimentary cold water bottles, makes it easy to stay in shape. Conveniently located near the TC#1 highway, getting around is straightforward, and the breakfast buffet impresses with its variety, particularly the perfectly cooked bacon and exceptional roast potatoes.

Unfortunately, our room faced the highway, making nighttime peace a rare commodity due to traffic noise. There were persistent hiccups with room key access, likely stemming from program updates, causing minor frustrations when needing to reenter our room. Additionally, while the rooms are clean, they could benefit from a refresh, as they felt somewhat bare with limited storage options.

Just a reliable pick for a date night in Burnaby with good price-quality ratio. The warm welcome upon check-in was a nice touch. Make sure to check out the flavored water station in the lobby!

The King Guest Room with Balcony offered a wonderful city view, enhancing our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome, and the on-site Atlas restaurant served delicious food, particularly the natural cut fries. However, the casino's presence felt overwhelming and the elevator system with the key card was confusing for many guests, leading to some comic moments during our stay. Despite this, I would gladly return for another visit.

We enjoyed our 2-night family getaway in a spacious King Guest Room with a balcony. The staff were exceptionally accommodating during a few minor key access issues. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet—the delicious pancakes were a highlight! Early check-in was a lifesaver for us.

Our room had an amazing view from the 19th floor and a smart TV for Netflix! The pool area was fantastic, but finding parking was a bit tricky on a weekend. Still, great stay overall! 😁

I loved the hotel's proximity to Central Park, just under 3 km away, which made my morning walks picturesque. I appreciated the comfy and quiet room that ensured a restful stay. being so close to amenities like Starbucks and great restaurants added extra convenience to my city explorations.

I recently spent two nights at the Delta in Burnaby with my family. The location was quite convenient, just off the highway, making it easy for us to get around. The first night, we noticed some noise coming from the highway, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Also, we encountered issues with the room key access due to a system update. This was frustrating and meant we had to go to the front desk a few times. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, which helped alleviate some of the annoyance. While the dining options on-site, particularly at the Atlas restaurant, were great, the prices were a bit steep, especially for families. Overall, the stay had its highs and lows, but I would consider revisiting, especially for the comfortable accommodations and friendly service.
